Do you charge cancellation fees?

A.

Yes, especially if it is a holiday, vacation, overnight stay, or ANY service booked for more than two days consecutively. If NOT cancelled within one week of service date there will be a $25 holiday fee plus an additional 40% of total service visit will be withheld at the time of cancellation. The remainder of the service fees are then will then be issued in credit service form, just like if you purchased from a retail store. These services will be good for one year from issue date.  I'm sorry, but generally I've had these things booked for weeks in advance and have turned away many potential clients. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

How much does a standard visit cost?

A.

The cost varies depending upon what each individuals needs, but a standard visit which includes letting your dog out to potty outside, (either in the backyard or walking whatever they are used to doing)usually approximately 15-20 minutes. Replenishing their water with "fresh" water NOT just topping off, feeding if applicable, and giving them a T-R-E-A-T at the end of the visit if okay with the parent generally runs $26-$36. Total time 20-30 minutes.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, I offer a 10% BNI (Business Networking International) member discount, a 10% cash discount, a 10% loyalty discount if you have used my services at least 3 sets of 3 standard service visits or more, a 10% military discount, a 10% senior citizen discount, and  weekly visits Monday through Friday also get a discounted rate. Due to discount abuse I can ONLY accept UP TO 40% Discounts on ANY service package session. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in regards to this matter.

Do you do overnight stays in my home and if so how much are they?

A.

Yes, I do. Generally the fee for an overnight stay in your home in the Wichita area is $102 per night without medication administration with medication administration add an extra $12. This includes breakfast the next morning, so there would not be a morning visit fee. The hours for overnight stay begin at 10 p.m. and end at 7 a.m. the following day.

What to look for in a pet sitter?

A.

Always look for someone who is Licensed, Bonded & Insured. This shows not only a responsible, trustworthy, and reliable person but also that the persons character is serious about pet sitting as their business. Also having someone who is licensed, bonded and insured gives you as the pet owner more Peace of Mind knowing that the person entering your home is not going to break anything, damage your property, or steal from you. If the very rare occurrence that one did that you could be reimbursed for property broken or stolen.

Are there extra fees per animal?

A.

No! Unlike other pet sitters I do NOT charge extra fees per animal! I feel I'm already there so it doesn't matter if there are 1 or 2 or ten. It is the same price.

How far ahead do I need to reserve your services?

A.

It depends on whether it's for daily, weekly, weekend or holiday service.  Earlier is always better, but try for at least one week, preferably two; however, often if it is a daily or weekend visit I can usually squeeze in one or two within a few days. Always try to call or text I'm flexible with my schedule, you never know if there has been a cancellation.
